We curate a family of materials, objects and art on the canvas of a well-planned home and landscape.

In selecting lush fabrics, tactile wall and floor coverings, beautiful metal, stone and wood surfaces, each detail is an opportunity to add depth and richness to a home.

Whether clients bring a personal art collection to a project, or we partner with them to acquire art that speaks to them and their home, our experience working in the arts along with our depth of world travel ensures a natural and inspiring creative process.

I founded Bjørnen Design in Sag Harbor in 2001. After earning a BA from Vassar College in Sociology/Art History, I had an extensive career in the Fashion and Art worlds , holding creative positions at Ralph Lauren, The Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch, Peter Arnell, and Livet Reichard, as well as fashion styling for clients including Brad Pitt.  

I live in Sag Harbor, NY and Sonoma County, CA with my husband Cee Scott Brown.
